New file capabilities.
There is a new syntax for declaring file
variables and new procedures available for files. The new procedures
allow files to be opened and closed. WARNING: file declarations in VHDL'87
are not compatible with VHDL'93. The use of files in VHDL'87 and VHDL'93
are described in section .
